Replacement and Return Policy:- Replacement and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers and it includes all products we offer in our store.- All products displayed in our store are subject to the replacement and return policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packaged in its original wrapping.- Returns must be made within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.- Please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page or by our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.- Please take a picture of the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number for it to be exchanged for another product in case the product is defective or has a specific flaw, or does not meet the agreed specifications.- A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the description of the product on our website.- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.- A 30% deduction or an amount not less than 25 dirhams will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product and there is no defect or any reported issue.
